Unlisted shares

Unlisted shares are shares of companies that are not listed on any stock exchange. These shares are typically traded privately, either through over-the-counter (OTC) markets or via private transactions. Investing in unlisted shares can offer the opportunity to get in early on companies with strong growth potential, such as startups or well-established companies planning to go public in the future.

However, investing in unlisted shares carries higher risk due to limited liquidity, less regulatory oversight, and the difficulty of finding buyers or sellers. The valuation of these shares can also be more challenging.

Despite these risks, unlisted shares can provide significant returns, especially if the company eventually goes public or is acquired at a higher valuation.

We at Rakhecha Finserv research and make presentations on every unlisted share that we suggest so recently we suggested the share of the largest stock exchange of our country which is  National Stock Exchange (NSE ) which has resulted in good returns for our clients .
